White vinegar or apple cider vinegar (the natural stuff)?

Well, white vinegar has more chemicals so naturally it tastes stronger. However, if u are using it for that "takes away your appetite" deal, (am i rite?...lol) then i'd suggest that you use white vinegar. although apple cider is healthier, white vinager works better.

The white distilled vinegar is stronger.

It all depends on what you want to use it for.

If you were going to use the vinegar internaly I would recommend the Apple cider vinegar. for health benefits that are not in the distilled vinegar.

It dependes on the % of acetic acid in the vinegar.

Table vinegar tends to be more dilute (5% to 8% )acetic acid.

The strength of an acid has to do with the percentage of the initial number of acid molecules that are ionized. If a higher percentage of the original acid molecules are ionized, and therefore, donated as hydrated protons (hydronium ions) then the acid will be stonger.

Apple cider vinegar is srtonger and WAY better for you! YOu can drink it to help boost your matabolism and give you energy (it taste gross but it really helps) You can use it for so much more too!
