If you are on budget, go to a nearby educational institutions' photocopy shops to enjoy cheaper rates!

the only place i know is Jurong West St 81 have one, but you can still find it in polytechnics, or some photo developing shops do have photocopy service, or go to our national library they do have this as well, hope this helps, cheers
