I'm assuming you mean that you're "14 weeks pregnant" and not "14 weeks old".

If you are gaining weight rapidly and it is a concern to you then by all means talk to a health nurse or your doctor. If you are eating a balanced diet and you have gained 11 pounds in 14 weeks of pregnancy then it may be quite normal. But, PLEASE, go and talk to your doctor about it.

it depends on your size. There is a big difference for a 500 pound person to gain 11, but if you are smaller I wouldn't think it was a problem. If you are worried about just ask your doctor

If you are average to small becarefull cuz you will blow-up if you keep going like that
