I would give 5 million to St Judes for the Children Cancer
I would invest 1 million
I would buy a huge amount of land and construct large metal buildings and have the homeless go there and live and all the stray animals too they would have a business of their own caring for the animals and letting the people come and adopt them. They would also learn other trades to make things and sell. They would cook and clean and live there and have gardens in the summer,
And I would help my family and travel

Get out of debt, setting up a long term account to live off the interest of a portion, & then I'd be investing in other things as well along with trying to initiate programs to help feed, clothe, and house the people in my community.

I would pay for All the bills for ten years a hed - a couple millions
then i would get our house a little fixed up, just so it willbe just perfect! I would go to the high school i alwys dreamed to go to, i almost went there, but then we decided it was too expensive - 30 thousand a year.
THen i would get myself a nice little green car Wolksvagen beetle, and then go traveling with what is left!

Fly someplace warm go shopping, then take a long trip to Egypt, then to Ireland and come back next summer and buy a house in Maine with an indoor heated swimming pool!

a mil to each of my parents, my brother, half a mil to a contractor to build me a house, another half a mil to pay off debt and buy some toys, and the rest I would have to see my financial advisor about, so I dont end up broke in 10 years.

I'd save it, spend it gradually and donate some of it to orphanages, Churches, charities and others and I'd buy some new clothes and a new computer.
