do you mean the album named '21' ? If so it was released on December 26th 2006.

It was supposed to be released in November, but because there's a problem with the suppliers & record label it looks like it's not gonna come out til next year. Yeah the 21 album & there's a tune on it in which Omarion collaborates with a Korean dude called Bi Rain and it's called Man Up, but it's on import version though.
Same thing has happened with the Brian Mcknight album, it was supposed to be out already but delays in between have caused the release date to be put back

it is out now. If you can buy online, i'd try looking on www.play.com, they're very reliable and the delivery is free. New albums are usually arund £8-75, and they're delivered in a few days.
