Gretchen said, "First, its not an abortion pill. Its a form of birth control that, if taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex, can help prevent eggs from embedding in the uterus to grow. Its not killing anything because nothing is growing yet. It PREVENTS it from even beginning to grow, and who's to say it would in the first place?! Its just an additional precaution. And please people, its called THE MORNING AFTER PILL!"

I firmly disagree. The fact is that an egg will NOT embed in the uterus UNLESS it has been fertilized. Life has began and at that point it is a baby. It grows over a period of 9 months.

It's not mentally or physically safe for you. I'm assuming you're considering this pill.

You may think you're taking care of a problem you have, but what about the scarring you will carry with you forever afterwards.

Believe me, you will think about the child that could've been. I'm speaking from experience. I had an abortion at 7 weeks and even as I type that, I find it hard to believe. I praise God for opening my eyes and forgiving me. The problem comes in when you have trouble forgiving yourself and you think about the sweet little baby that could've been.

You will think it will cure the problem, but in reality it is only opening the doorway to emotional pain.

Adoption is a wonderful solution or find out what kind of help you can get from people with a new baby so you can keep it.

No. At least 11 women have died from taking the abortion pill, or RU-486:

http://www.lifeissues.org/ru486/deaths.htm

One of the women who died was 18-year-old Holly Patterson in California. Parts of her baby were left inside her womb, and they rotted and caused a systematic infection that killed her. RU-486 actually consists of two chemicals. The first causes the lining of the womb to break down, so that the baby's source of nourishment is cut off. The baby starves to death inside the womb. The second chemical causes contractions which push the dead baby out of the womb. This whole process can take an average of 9 days. Bleeding is excessive and pain is severe.

the morning after pill is just that the morning after . Your body will have the idea that it is time to give birth there is a hormone in the pill that ejects the conceived baby. the baby dies.
its a poor way to use contraception. Rather have safe sex instead its much easier on your body.

If you are pregnant with an unplanned or unwanted baby then you need to see a doctor and discuss your options. Do you think it sounds like a good idea to take a pill and kill a baby inside your body? I have heard that it works but ewww why would you try that?

Consult your Doctor and then a Pharmacist. They can both give you some sound information based on medical findings that none of us here are qualified to give.
My opinion though is either tried and trusted birth control methods and/or abstinence are best.

I personally would never take it. I don't trust all these drugs. I don't even trust birth control pills. They mess with your body too much and they can do permanent harm or even kill you. i know someoene that died because they had a blood clot and they wouldn't of had it if they weren't on bc pills.

No, it could bring on complications for you. Plus it isnt guaranteed it will work and you might have to have more procedures done. In addition, don't kill your baby. If you don't want your baby, there are loving families that would love to adopt your baby.
