I would like to try having my lashes permed and tinted but an scared it would be too obvious, any ideas?

I would leave them be! Trust me, guy's are not looking at your eyelashes.

I may be too old or too unfashionable but I have never heard of perming eyelashes? If you want them tinted, use mascara. If you want them longer, use false eyelashes. If you want them curled, use an eyelash curler. Is there really such a thing as an eyelash perm?

I've never heard of such a thing. Why don't you just use a lash curling mascara? Or if you want something longer and curlier you may have to find some false eyelashes.
