I have never heard of such a thing and cant find it with that bank either. Who is this nut?

Maybe he got the numbers transposed and accidentally dropped the decimal from between them. I find what you've presented as preposterous, so if Frank says so, Frank is in error.

no bank would ever garauntee 24%, maybe they had a fund last year that earned 24%, but that doesnt mean it will even hit 2% this year

You probably have to invest 100,000. or more to get it. Everything
is fine details in the investment world. Probably has to be locked
in for a certain amount of time also with penalties for early
withdrawl. All in the fine print !

Most mutual fund don't do that good for more than one year. I don't believe it but if true want in.
