The US accrediting organizations only evaluate schools in the US. Most Americans who are not of Indian descent would not be able to tell you anything about schools in India and would not know a quality school from a poor one.

Your best shot at getting a job in the US would be to get an MBA in the US or go to work for a company owned by someone whose family came from India.

Check with the USA Embassy..or the Nearest USA Consulate...each has a Library and Culture and Education Dept. Go to the Reception, and tell them you want to meet with individuals in charge of this Dept. and tell the individual in charge that you want a list- of INDIAN Colleges- that their Degrees are acceptable in equal or lower level.. In USA.Remember for some Colleges located in INDIA ..maybe you will have to take more tests..prepared scheduled and executed with a fee in the USA Embassy or Consulate...These tests will verifie your knowledge and abilities on the important subjects that you allready study and for use if you plan to use your Education in USA...For sure your Diploma... before you leave INDIAhas to be translated and Verified by the staff of the USA Embassy or Consulate...if more Tests are required..to verify your knowledge and Abilities...Translation of the Diploma will not be done if you do not pass or miss the scheduled tests. Translation and Verifacation of your Diplama by other sources -except USA authorities in INDIA... will not be valid in USA , to continue your Education in USA...or seek Employemen in USA.

Supposedly the Indian Institute of Management is a great school, but no one in the US has heard of it really. I just keep getting reminded by a cocky Indian here that Harvard is where people go when they can't get into IIM. Whatever.
