No,like when I have a fight w/ my sister,she'll tell me to shut up,and then I'll say it back,then she'll say it back,and we'll keep doing that for like 10 minutes..So,the answer to your question,no I wouldn't shut up.

Probably not, I've got a big mouth lol. I saw this bumper sticker once that said "Help! I'm talking and I can't shut up!" and I thought it was applicable to me. Good day! =)

Being told to shut up is quite rude. I'd be more inclined to be quiet if asked politely to tone it down. If told to shut up, I'm likely to do exactly the opposite.
