Yes. I've been to all three.

Panama City is just as lively and fun as South Beach but costs a lot less.

On top of that, the sand and water at the beach in Panama City is more gorgeous. The sand is snow white and the water is aqua!

Daytona is ok but the town is much smaller and not as many cool places to go. The beach is so so.

Had a blast when we went to Panama City (Spring Break 97)
Daytona Beach is only fun if you go during bike week
Haven't made it to South Beach heard it was an excellent place to party...

Not for spring break, but for summer vacation. Do not go to Daytona, it's miserable. The beach is dirty, dirty people hang out on the beach and the most fun I had was renting a mo-ped. There aren't many entertainment options either.. at one time I think we were desperate enough to test drive cars at the Daytona speedway.

yes, no, and I live in Miami Beach..... I would go to none for spring break, save money and head to Cabo....

P.S. I dont think Daytona is a spring break place anymore due to the havoc that was brought to it over the years, City officials there try to ban anything that is spring break related
