3d mark results?

Question

i have just ran all four 3d mark tests(except 3dmark 2006) and i want to compare my results with other users
i have a athlon 3200+/ 1gb ddr ram/ nvidia geforce 6200
3d mark 2000 .....9059 3dmarks
3d mark 2001 .....8025 3dmarks
3d mark 2003 .....2449 3dmarks
3d mark 2006 .....1226 3dmarks

the 3d mark 2003 and 2005 were absolutely rubbish so this has made me decide to upgrade my current graphic card,so with a budget of anything up to £100 what is a decent card to improve on these scores
i would like to stick with nvidia but i dont mind using a.t.i,and also i have a "a.g.p" interface
should i go the whole hog and upgrade the motherboard aswell to a pci-express board sp i can use the pci-e interface

My old rig - P4 3.0Ghz, AGP Radeon 9800XT Graphics, 2GB RAM

3Dmark06 score = 1126

New PC, Core2Duo E6600 (2.4Ghz) PCE-Express Geforce 8800 GFX, 2GB Ram (new 240 pins)

I was expecting maybe 2500 to 3000 3Dmarks,

I got 5899 & nearly fell off the chair. I could get more, but I dont like overclocking.
