Ambidextrous - both right! In other words, people that are ambidextrous use both hands equally well - not just the right hand.

Although not in your question, I think it's interesting that the word "sinister" which means "left" in Latin derives from the notion that left-handed people were somewhat peculiar!

"Ambidextral" is not a word. You mean "ambidextrous." This means being able to use either hand for the same purpose, e.g., writing.

Basically you use each side of your body equally, most people think about using your hands equally.
