No, it's not true that she is his daughter. The easiest reason being on knowing this would be the simple fact that it was from the movie. The vast majority of anime movies based off of popular long running anime series such as Bleach and Naruto are generally created by the staff at the animation company and not the creator of the original story. Therefore she really isn't because the story of the movie is like a separate story that will never tie into the story in the series. The movie was meant to be a stand alone story to enjoy but not to connect to the original story.
