Obviously not in the concentration that er created from the reaction in the stomach and body when you take aspirin or it would never have been a very good drug and would have not been used for very long if at all.

As has been said acetic acid is found in a dilute form in vinegar.

While it is true that asprin, acetyl salicylic acid, does decompose into a small amount of acetic acid(you can smell it) .The acetic acid is vinegar and will not hurt you if asprin will not. Vinegar is 5% acetic acid which is a weak acid.

Vinegar is dilute acetic acid. It's harmless.

It is dangerous; though it is just vinegar in low concentrations, without being diluted it is corrosive and can cause itching and burning sensations.

it's vinegar to a more concentrated degree, so no, not terribly, it's gonna be a little rough on your stomache, but if you're young, you'll be fine.
