If i've taken all the prerequisites and don't get in what should I do in the mean time? Could I get a bachelors in science by the time I finish my pharmacy prerequisities?
I just need as much information on pharmacy because I'm stuck between that and a diagnostic medical sonographer. Do pharmacist have to handle with needles like nurses or physician assistant?

The number of weekends you have to work depends on the company. You will work about 40 hours a week for full time status.
If you don't get in, some people find jobs and reapply or go to graduate school and reapply. Some do get jobs as pharmacy technicians but those jobs do not pay well. Many people do get bachelors before matriculating into pharmacy.
The only time you'll actively have to handle needles is when you have to make IVs. You will have to handle some closed needles.

pharmacists do not handle needles unless they are pre filled and wrapped ones. You can also find a job that fits your schedule not all work weekends. And they make alot of money for a easy job but it is alot of learning what about a pharmacy assistant while your going to school they make decent money to. Good luck!!
