I just upgraded my windows 2000 OS to XP and now my internet won't work on my PC. My laptops are connected through wireless and they work just fine. I checked the cables and everything seems fine. The error upon trying to repair says that it can't find TCPIP . What do I need to do?

Hi

Ok ,first verify that you have DHCP enable , on the tcp properties , then you may want to check your network card driver , sometimes when you do an upgrade , xp DOSENT have the REAL drives , so download the drivers . Then verify that the dhcp server on the router is up and running good

It depends on what kind of internet you have (broadband or dial-up, wireless, direct, or wireful). Call the help line of your internet service provider.
