Is it true that the underwire constircts gland flow to & from your mammary glands??? Do we really need to wear bras? How come they dont wear them in spain???

Dont worry! Cancer is not cause by physical trauma! It is an abnormal cell growth. If the bra is too tight the worst it will do is make you sore: get one that fits. :) Wearing a bra is just to give you some support and give you a cleaner shape. If you dont wear a bra, you may as well not wear a shirt because everyone can see every detail on your chest. If you want to appear as a sex object to men, then dont wear one.
So you're okay. :) Its safe to wear a bra and I would seggest it.

That is absolutely incorrect. I don't know about you, but I need to wear a bra. My breasts are very large, and not wearing one is very painful to me.
