when you have your computer on click on the start button in lower corner. Select "run" then type "msconfig" hit enter. it will bring up a screen that will allow you to select which programs you wantto start on start up. Ihope this helps.

Run msconfig on your PC and go to the startup tab. Uncheck the application that is causing the popup.

if its a pop-up you should run an adware program or an anti-virus. if its a program you should go to start-up preferences and disable it.
