The average score by definition is 100. Anything above, that is above average, anything below that is considered lower than average. In practice scores do not go lower than 50 and they arent higher than 150. Half of population have IQ's that are between 90 and 110, while 25% have higher IQ's and 25% have lower.

IQ is very disputible and has held great contraversy, but average is supposed to be 100. Average highschool graduate is something like 98-102...at least in my state...i think

average ranges from 100-107

Genius starts at 142
Gifted begins around 130
Normal (low to high) is from 85-129
Average is about 105

It's supposed to be the average (ideally), although actual averages can vary.
