With your qualifications and high IQ you should have your choice in whatever university you wish to choose.

You've got a shot at the UC's. Those standardized test scores are still pretty low for those two scohols. You never answered clearly what your socio-economic class is. If your parents own a restaurant, it's prolly not at the bottom. As such, I wouldn't get your hopes up for UCLA or Berkeley, but don't give up hope completely.

Forget Stanford tho. That way, you'll get a great surprise if you get in but won't lose any sleep over a rejection. Seriously, forget about Stanford and start thinking Blue and Yellow.

As I mentioned when you asked before -- Stanford is a tough sell. Since it looks like you are a California resident, you are guaranteed a spot in at least one UC school if you graduate in the top 10% of your class. My guess is that you will get into one of the better ones. Berkeley is the most selective, followed by UCLA -- so it may be tough to get in there -- but you have a shot.

As I said earlier, if you can bring up those SAT scores, you can go almost anywhere.

I'd say your odds of getting into both schools are pretty high.

1630 is not too very low for the SAT, considering your AP record and scores. Odds are that you just bombed on the SAT, which happens.
