It can be either.
Jacklyn, Jacqueline are girls names. Jackie can be short for these names.
Jack, Jackie are boys names

I have a friend named Jacqueline and people call her Jackie, so don't think of it as being just a boy's name.

It can be either a boy or a girl's name and in the case of a girl is usually short for Jacqueline, but not always, the name incidentally means "the Sup-planter"

It's unisex so really it is hard to say. But back in the 19th century the name was used normally for boys.
