Just wear whatever's warm and comfortable (warm pants-- maybe jeans, a winter coat, gloves, scarf)
You are going to be stuck there wayy past midnight with the huge crowd that will be there and since there is going to be such a large amount of people, they'll take less notice of what you're wearing. It's better to be warm and comfortable all night than cold and stylish with no one looking.
If you still want to be warm and stylish, I suggest a peacoat. it's still classy yet warm

well it will be packed of ppl so you must wear comfortable clothe
wear some cute jeans boots and a long sleve shirt with a heavy coat wear stuff like gloves and scarves!!!

dress warm and comfortable, a sweater and a light jacket and maybe a pair of nice jeans, ur going to be in Times Square, so you'll be walking, so yeah just be comfortable

NOT HIGH HEELS! you will be standing for hours, so boots, jeans, and a nice bomber jacket sounds good, DONT wear valuable jewerly

A big fur coat with comfortable high boots. Thats all you need to worry about is your outerwear.

please do ur self a favor and do not wear a skimpy dress and high heels. trust me u will regret it!!! wear a heavy jacket and pants!!! just worry about being warm!!!!!!!

well since it will be REALLY cold wear tons of layers, sweaters, warm pants, warm boots, hat, gloves, scarf, etc. GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN!!!!!
