It means I have a huge ego and the body to back it up but don't ask because I'm just a tease which is evidenced by the picture I put up here to get your attention. Sorry Doc, ain't interested. What will you do when it all goes south?

I'm taking a big chance here, with so many native French speakers in this forum, but I think "amour vrai" may mean true love in the general sense (although I've never heard it), whereas "vrai amour" means a guy / gal who is one's true love.

In French l'amour is 'love' and vrai is 'true' so amour vrai is 'True love.'
