You should go to www.state.gov and scroll to the bottom of the page. There is a list of links there to all sorts of topics including Visas, Study in the US, etc. Depending on what country you are from, you will probably need to have a work Visa and a valid passport from your home country. This website should be able to answer all of your questions.
