I think that you are using Internet explorer 5. if you upgrade it to 6 the problem will be solved. go to Microsoft.com to download it for free. try also to erase all the files of the temporary folder, too. it is very helpful. especially if your computer slows down.

Lord Rome? Sounds like a program that Windows doesn't like, or it's missing something that Windows needs in order to run it. Try removing it, then reinstalling it. If it's a programs that downloaded itself (And unfornately, there are many that do) , Try using Ad-aware my Lavasoft and/or Spybot Search & Destroy. You can get them both from MajorGeek.com
