Which Chris Brown are you talking about? There are many... I doubt any of them have AIDS, however. If any one of them did, I'm sure it would be in the news, or something.
I looked all the famous people bearing the name 'Chris Brown' up in Wikipedia, and it didn't say anything about any of them having AIDS, so...
