Will you meet me that night on Afton's sweet banks and drink a champagne toast?

Then of course I'll sing Auld Lang Syne to thee.

What is exactly Auld lang Syne? And where or when is Hogmanay either? I've never heard that before. Is that a national anthem or a traditional song from a particular country or something? Sounds a interesting song anyway.
I used to sing in the choir a lot when I was a teenager. I was an super active choir member. But not anymore - since too much emotional violent among members inside the choir. Too much tensions, dismay and agitation. So, I used to learn the singing technique a lot from Whitney Houston. I incorporated the singing method from her how to breath while singing, what to eat for having a great voice, what should not be eaten before singing, how to keep on singing well consecutively for 1,5 hour non stop. Yes... ;-)

Hm... very interesting question.....
I am not sure what Auld lang Syne exactly is. And I've never heard Hogmanay as well. Could you explain me first what are they then I will think about it afterwards ;D
