I was wondering if white heels with black pants would look terrible together? I'm wearing a white v-neck t shirt under a 3/4 sleeved button up sweater that is also white.

The Labor/Memorial day rule is bull, established by Mrs. Manners to make you buy seasonal products. Most fashion rules are created entirely to drive money rather than style.
I say go for it! However, the recommendation for peep-toe heels is a good one instead of chunky solid-toes. As someone else said they might also cut off your feet, figuratively, because of the contrast. I'd make sure you have hints of white in your outfit like pinstripes in the pants or some white embellished design. Also, glam up the accessories and make-up to push the outfit into the wow factor. If you're going to wear white shoes you've got to be bold about it.

The heels might look a little drum-major-ish if they are pumps...Peep toes would be a better option. Black pants look fine with a black and white shoe, try black or white piping, buttons, etc. Even better, go for red or gold.

The whole "you can't wear white shoes after labor day" is wrong. I think that would be a cute outfit. Most people would opt for black shoes, but I think the white shoes are a nice surprise.

I would go black heels. Now I would have to see the outfit in person even though you described it, but it may be best to go with black heels because that may be too much white. That is my opinion though.

White shoes are only worn after memorial day and not after labor day. Go for a different look for the season but I have to say it sounded cute.

I think you should wear them if you are comfortable in them. Who has the right to say you cant...... no-one so wear what you want.
