MaGuires makes something called Plastix...it's a white bottle with a black cap. You can get it in the cleaning section of any parts store for maybe $4. Grab a terry cloth towel or two and follow the instructions. I use it everytime I wash my car, but it worked great the first time I ever did it too. I thinbk there's even a picture of a headlight lens on the label.

Im going to assume you mean a foggy looking headlight. Plastic headlights get a film on them with age. If this is the case I used a wet sand sanding paper and wet sanded the lens. the i applied clear coat (spray on) and it improved it about 60%

easy mix bleach with brake fluid , mix it well
get a towel and rub the head lights for 10-15 minutes.

let it dry on the head ligth.

use normal soap to get the chemicals out of the head ligts.

now use brake cleaner and wipe off.

your head ligths should look like new

Usually a damp cloth will do. If you are washing the vehicle, they get cleaned anyway. If you like you can try a commercial galss cleaner.

you can use transmission fluid put some a cloth and and rub on lens and let it settle in , but dont put to much on =0
