I don't think i should be answering your questions directly but I will try to help you. A balanced equation is when there are the same amount of each element on both sides of the equation. I'll give an example with the first equation. There are 2Na on one side, but on the other side there is only 1Na. That means a is not a balanced equation.
For 2 find the mass of each element. do 2 x the mass of Na (sodium) + the mass of O(oxygen)
the next three question you can find by searching on the internet and it should not be too hard.

If you don't have anything more specific to measure the energy of the light besides the color: orange light is roughly 620nm yellowish green light is roughly 580nm. You can then use the equation c=l*v, where c is speed of light, l is wavelength converted to m, and v is the frequency, to find the frequency. If you were given the energy of the light, use E=hv, h is planck's constant, to get the frequency v. Then use the eqn above to get l.
