It really depends on what you call "best" and what you're ranking as imporrtant.
The xbox 360 does have better graphics and a good range of games, but it's the Wii that has made me think about getting a console. Why? Because in my view the Wii aims to give a better gaming experience in that it is:
- physical (you're not just pressing buttons)
- intuitive (you "hit" a ball; you "draw" a sword)
- communal (I know that the 360 is also but the Wii seems like more *fun*)
- personal (the Mii channel looks really cool and I can see it being a hit with people)
While the range of games on the Wii is smaller, and you have to learn how to use the controllers, it just looks more intuitive and fun. And personally I think that's more useful to me than better graphics/faster processor etc. as what good is a games machine to me if I don't use it?

Xbox 360 because i havent heard that u can play online in the Wii and the 360 has way more better graphics.

It depends on what you want to do.
Online play = 360, great games, all use the same online system.
Friends/Family who dont normally play games = Wii, this is a great system to just pick up and play someone.
Just simply want the lastest and greatest = PS3
Personally, I recommend the 360 + Wii combination.

XBOX 360 by miles. 360 has Much better graphics, much wider game choices and its an all rounder all wii has is a wireless moving controller. poor same graphics as gamecube and the game choices isn't as wide as ps3 or 360. i dont think it will be that successful just like gamecube

get a xbox 360 if your serious about gaming, it is a bit better than the ps3 specs in alot of ways, the wii looks like a gimik that wont last long on the market

Wii, to me, graphics do not matter, it is the quality of the games themselves, which is why I'd go with the Wii, it has all the sequels to the classics, you actually go online and buy older nintendo games, awesome right? and you can actually browse the internet.
you can't beat Nintendo, they have Mario and Zelda and Donkey Kong, and Mario, and Animal crossing and Tetris, and the best one, MARIO!!
360, it's good and has lots of good games and good graphics and stuff.

I have both.. the 360 has better graphics. wii is extremly easy to play but can get boring. 360 is fun and a changelle.

ive had a 360 for 7 months ,it couldnt cope with champion manager loading speed was drab and frustrating, then it started crashing ,fans going mad hard drive creaking like a wooden ship in a storm.swapped it today at currys for a brand new one , which i might put on ebay because i didnt rate it when it was working properly.poor thinking in a race against the consoles.
