Go to the school board. if that doesnt help go to the news stations in your area and see how they can help you. I would let getting a lawyer be my last option cause their expensive.

The disciplinary might have gone to the kid to ask him about your initial report; hence his friends now saying it 'discreetly' to you. If you don't come forth with more evidence, maybe the kid was very convincing that he was not the perpetrator of these events and that you are creating false stories to get him in trouble.
Try coming up with something witty to say back, like, "Are you staring at me through my window? Ew!" (Though that opens its own can of worms, it's just an example)
And getting a lawyer, suing the school, etc., is letting that guy and his buddies know that they're winning, you're crumbling to them and relying on other people to protect you. Sure, that may be their job, but they can't be there all the time. Learn to strike back, mentally is preferable, but also know how to defend yourself.

Everyone gets called names. Why haven't you learned by now to ignore such trivia? Just tell the kid, "What you say is what you are." And you'll be telling the truth. When you get into physical abuse, you need stronger measures, but it seems you could handle this one yourself.

ignore him nd if he carries on i would get my older brother to knock him out - but that of course would make it worse soo jst take no notice of him, or u could spread a rumour about him which isnt true! Lol that would be funny bt u best not do that. try tellin ur mum or dad and ask them to talk to ur teacher or some1 that can stop it.
hope the lil **** stops callin u names!

whip it out and embarrass him. lol. no, but seriously, ignore him. Everyone knows he's an idiot. His friends will soon learn that too. If it's really bothering you, tell the school board like someone else suggested.

Try ignoring him. You know you're a guy. Your friends know you're a guy.
The douchebag isn't worth wasting your time on. By giving him attention, you're giving him exactly what he wants.
