Wax on glass, just wait for it to get hard then scrape it off with a razor blade or some type of scraper

Same thing happened to me...and on a carpet too. Best thing to do is get a sheet of brown paper and place it over the wax then heat an iron to a low temperature. place the iron over the paper. the paper will stick to the wax, let it harden and when you remove the paper, the wax will have stuck to it. Hope that helps.

Use a paint scraping razor, you know, a single edge blade, like the ones you get in a hardware or paint store. It'll come right off and won't scratch the glass.

you can buy a razor with handle in the paint shop, the painter´s use then when decorating , they don´t cost much , wet the window and use the razor it will come off straight away. Happy New Year

Flat blade to get the lumps off, then hot soapy water to get the end of the grease, then polish as normal.

let it harden, scrape off with razor blade, remove excess/residue with windex and a paper towel. works wonders to get candle off glass.

Ice works best,heating only liquefies it making a bigger mess!Ice it down,then scrape with a stiff rubber spatula or car window scraper if ya have one..

Rub it with an ice cube and you should get it off easily. If it leaves stains, use mild washing liquid solution. Works with clothes as well!
