Anger & agony are better to tap into if you have the need to fight (as in a combat situation) because that focuses the energy into action outward. Misery is better if you do not wish to bring harm to another. It can be very painful but misery focuses the energy inward.

Either way, it comes down to choice & how you want to process the emotions through the mind & into the body.

Not agony but anger.
Because I know how to get rid of anger quickly.
Misery.....I still don't know how.
There's one thing I can't understand.
Aren't people miserable because they're suffering?
So doesn't that make agony and misery the same thing?
Agony=misery

You may not feel any better, but at least anger can be productive! I'd take anger over lethargy that comes with misery any day of the week.
