What is the ideal marriagable age for a south Indian girl, of a decent upper middle class family?

The age at which she falls in love and wishes to marry (this is for the rest of her life!). Indian women are not property.

I don't know the culture there but AT LEAST 16 for any girl of any culture. I would hope more like 20.

Whatever age she feels comfortable and ready to get married--that's the ideal age.
