im 17. i had my period when i was 13, i heard you stop growing 2-4 years after you get your period...is this true?
because i hope not, i would liike to grow an inch atleast before i turn 18. do you think i can grow atleast an inch with proper exercise, diet
and stuff?
im only 5"2 on the dot, an inch would make me 5"3
if i can grow 2 inches, even better.
thats all im asking for.

Hi there, I hope when you said "girls only" adult women qualify. When you are born, your adult height is already "programmed" into your genetic makeup. You may be at your adult height right now at 17, however there is a chance you could have another growth spurt in the next 5 years. Some women and men don't stop growing until they are as old as 25. Proper exercise and a good diet will ensure you stay healthy but won't make you taller.

I am 34 and 5'9" tall. I hated being so tall but I love it now.
