I think you call it an "internment".

The burial of the urn is called inurnment, and the service is generally called a graveside service. Sometimes memorial services are held at a church or the funeral home in memory of the person.

There are a variety of terms depending on what you do.

To bury them is 'Interment'.
To put them in a niche or vault is 'Placing the Ashes'.
Spreading them on a grave is 'Scattering the Ashes'.

There are various fees for doing this that are charged by individual cemeteries. If the ashes are taken away they are described as 'Removed for disposal elsewhere'.

In the United Kingdom the legal advice is:-

Disposal of ashes

Ashes may be scattered or buried at the crematorium, either by crematorium staff or by relatives and friends. Ashes can also be buried in a churchyard or cemetery, often with a short service.

Ashes can generally be scattered anywhere, but if you wish to scatter ashes on private land you should get consent from the landowner.

Although UK law allows ashes to be taken abroad, many countries have strict rules on the importation of ashes and it is important to check before travelling.
