In a grown man there are indications. "40 Year Old Virgin" captured most of them. For instance, the video games and comic books. I am not saying that a grown man can't like those things, but I know single grown men that invest tons of money into those things and look forward to the weekend so they can play a new video game or read the latest addition of a certain comics, yet don't go out on dates or do anything with any the fellas or women. Every women they know is a friend and the ones they fall for are always married or serious with a guy, thus creating the latest excuse for why they don't have anyone at that time.
