Is there a way to find out how many IM's you've sent and received on MSN Messenger?

I found this site http://aimtoday.aim.com/ and it tells you how many IM's you've sent and received on AIM, and I was wondering if there was something like this for MSN.

No, that doesn't tell you how many im's you've gotton total.

I guess you can try and check your message history
1) open your msn messenger
2)click on file
3)click on view message history
