am a bit of a newbie 2 torrents and would just like 2 no how 2 start using them .all help appreciated

I was exactly the same, you need to load a software program for torrents, then you are able to download from others

The torrent will have a list of the available files (or games or music or whatever) that you can download.
By double-clicking the torrent, you launch your torrent program (LimeWire, BitTorrent, etc) and you can choose which games to download.
The download starts, and you'll also be uploading it at the same time. (The torrent server grab pieces of the files and sends them to whoever wants them, and as users become unavailable, grabs pieces of the file wherever it can...including the pieces it just sent to you.)
