That really depends on the school district. Doing the extra duty assignments earn you a stipend. It will be a percentage of the base teacher pay. Head coach of the football team can expect 15% or more, and directing the school play might be 2%. Again, it depends on what your district has decided upon, but in my experience coaches earn more in stipends than fine arts.
