On Internet Explorer, click on Tools --> Internet Options. On the popup window, you should see a field for your homepage. Put in the URL of your favorite web page.

For Firefox, click on Tools --> Options. The homepage field should be under General tabs.

The answer is somewhat dependent on the browser you use. Let's assume you use Internet Explorer (probably the most popular)

The steps are simple:

1- go to the page you want to make your default
2- Go to the Tools menu at the top of the screen
3- select "Internet Options...." from the menu
4- In the section labeled "Home page", select "Use Current", then click on "Apply"

And you're done!

Alternatively, you can just type the URL of the page you want to make your home page into the box on the Internet options page and then click apply.

Good Luck!
