I am planning a trip up to Baltimore from DC this next Sunday, and I was looking for a good seafood type resturant to eat at. Any advice is good, even if its not seafood, I like good food - so other food types are welcome =)

Go to the Rusty Scupper! Not only does it have great food, but the ambience and views are the best in Baltimore! The restaurant is 3 levels and all glass on the side that faces the harbor...it is on the south side of the harbor and therefore looks into HarborPlace and the city...and the added bonus is that there is lots of parking and it's not in a high traffic area....also, there is a great bar/lounge on the top floor, so you don't have to leave when you are done with dinner...just go upstairs...their phone is 410-727-3678...probably best to make a reservation so you be sure to get a table right next to the window...also, if you Google Rusty Scupper Baltimore, you can see pics.........I grew up in Baltimore, and although I don't live there any longer, this is the place I still take all of my out of town friends...always a hit!

Phillips hands down. It's kinda pricey but well worth it. It's right on the harbor. Have fun. Oh also not far from the harbor is Fells point. It has shops, bars, and entertainment for everyone. Enjoy!

the best restaurant in Baltimore is McCormick and Schmicks. Its like they wake up and go fishing every morning!

Just STAY away from Popeye's, unless you don't mind getting some ghastly food poisoning. One of the most disgusting places I've ever been in.
