Ham, Turkey, Cornish Hens, Homemade Cornbread Stuffing, Homemade Seafood Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Sweet Potatoes, Salad, Broccoli, and Croissants. For dessert we had Chocolate Chip Cheesecake, Apple Pie, Coconut Cream Pie, and Happy Birthday Jesus Cake! Yum! I diet for the month of December so I can eat what I want for Christmas dinner without feeling really guilty!

We have our Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve. We ate out this year at The Black Angus. I had Prime Rib. It was fun and yummy. Best part of the whole deal.... NO clean up! Just kick back and enjoy Christmas.

Christmas Eve dinner was our traditional Italian fish extravaganza. Linguini with king crab legs sauce, fried shrimp, blackened shrimp, shrimp cocktail (I'm starting to sound like that dude from Forrest Gump!) salmon, sea bass, fried calamari, bacala, cold calamari salad, broccoli rabe, salad and lots and lots of homemade wine!

This year we decided to do a non-traditional dinner. We had grilled steaks, baked potatoes, salad, mac and cheese and dinner rolls. For dessert we had orange dream cake, pumpkin pie and fruit salad.

We had turkey, ham, stuffing, green bean casserole, rolls, taters and gravy, corn and my Mom made this horrible cherry whipped cream salad. We also had pumpkin pies for dessert and I made a ton of Christmas cookies and candy.
What about you?
