On my 93' Honda Prelude

I checked all brake lights and head lights..They all work but that light is still on

If you mean the light telling you your light is out, figure out wich light is out and change it. If you mean the parking brake light stays on when the brake isnt on, you have a loose sensor.

You mean the one on the dash right? Is it coming on it means you have a brake light out. All the lights may work if you inspect them but try turning on the headlights and retest . If your ground is missing it will back feed through the system to find a ground. This turns on the dash light. Check the screws into the taillight assemble as Honda's were bad for losing the ground there. My best guess with info you gave Hope I helped Good luck

The brake warning light on the dash could mean your fluid level is low. Check the level and for possible leaks.
