I believe he was the only Eagle Scout. A couple others were in scouting though.

No, and note that the one Eagle Scout ever to reach that office was not elected to it and was not re-elected. He and Carter were the two Honest presidents we have ever had too...

Edit: to the person who said Hayes was a Cub Scout: The Boy scouts were started in 1907 in England. the Boy Scouts Of America were started in 1910. Hayes died in 1893. Think about that....
