You use your USB cable and you connect the PSP to the computer. Then you open up the PSP folder in the USB Drive. Select one of your folders such as Music or Videos becuase theres no games folder. Then drag the game into the folder you chose. I hope that helps.

Are you downloading games for homebrew? If not then, you simply open the psp memory via the usb in your computer. Then you have to make a folder called GAME(make sure the word is in all capital letters) in your psp folder. So the order will go PSP-GAME. Then drag the downloaded game file into the GAME folder and it should work. To access the game, in your psp go to the game then memory card and your downloaded game should be there.

connect it with USB cable or a memory card reader then drag the ISO document into the ISO folder, if it is not there, format the cardboard then do it. this might artwork assuming you have a hacked PSP with custom firmware and your memory card isn't pretend.

it does not simply play downloaded games out of the box. you have to downgrade the firmware and mod it. there are risks to doing this and certain psp versions and firmware levels do not allow it. since this topic is borderline illegal/unethical i suggest you google the topic to find the answers you need.
