Jasmine is nice. I would plant 2 different kinds. Star jasmine blooms in spring and summer. Some have white flowers, others pink. Then there is a winter blooming jasmine with yellow flowers. Green all year and different colored flowers 2 to 3 times a year And it smells great. You can't lose.

Jasmine is nice, evergreen, but poisonous entire..careful kids. Honeysuckle, cypress vine, creeping fig...lots of options.
