Sadly, it doesn't.

Usama bin Ladin has said more than once that Al-Qaeda will never make peace with America until we remove all of our troops from all Middle Eastern countries, and become a Muslim nation, with Islam as the basis of law, which would mean changing our democratic government and throwing out our Constitution, which will never happen.

Hamas and Hezbollah, both elected political parties, but also considered terrorist groups by the United States, will not stop until Israel is no longer a country.

With these things said, and many other reasons, how can we work with these people? 60% of the Muslim world beleives that "the Americans and the Jews" [referring to Israel] staged the 9/11 terrorist attacks to "declare war on Islam."

Islam is a good religion, but these Muslim Extremists have perverted their religion to achieve their goals. They use lies and trickery to gain support. Groups like Hamas and Hezbollah also provide services such as education and security for Muslims, as well as terrorist attacks against their enemy's. They gain support from people who have no hope left and these groups provide that. They warp these peoples minds into beleiving fanatical veiws which are often hard to replace.

We cannot be diplomatic with these Islamic extremists, instead we need to educate the average citizens in the Middle East, and provide a better life for them then they have right now. We must also show them that we are a nation of morals. This is the only way we can live side by side with the Muslim world without violence.

strength=diplomacy
weakness(real or perceived)=death

First you stop bombing their cities and towns, killing men,women, and children. The war in Iraq has killed more than 600,000 Iraqis and wounding God knows how many. If that were to happen in this country I guarantee there would be an awful lot of radical zealots among us.

How would we know? We've never tried it. In spite of their numerous offers to meet at a negotiating table, Bush refuses to engage in any dialogue with North Korea, Iran, Syria, or Osama bin Laden.

It doesn't.

Then again, killing their brothers, sisters, uncles and mom's and dad's doesn't really seem to pacify them either.

Maybe we should try and figure out what they are so angry about instead of sticking our heads up our a$$es and saying "they hate us for our freedom?

Just a thought.

We can kill and kill and kill and terrorists will just keep being born generation after generation, or we can try and actually use our brains and think instead of acting like animals. The future is up to us.
